Summary
This study looked at the safety and effectiveness of a drug called donidalorsen for people with hereditary angioedema (HAE), a condition that causes sudden, severe swelling. Twenty participants who completed a previous study received the drug for up to 64 weeks. The main goal was to check for side effects and see if the drug helped reduce swelling attacks over time.
