Summary
This study is testing whether a dietary supplement called Doliral can help improve daily life and reduce pelvic pain for women with endometriosis. Researchers will compare Doliral against a placebo (an inactive pill) in 60 participants over 12 weeks. The main goal is to see if the supplement makes a meaningful difference in pain levels and overall well-being for those living with this condition.
