Summary

This study explores whether a structured program of dog-assisted therapy can help people with fibromyalgia feel less pain, anxiety, and depression. About 60 adults with fibromyalgia will take part in 10 sessions with a therapy dog and complete surveys over a year. The goal is to see if these furry companions can improve daily function and quality of life.
