Summary
This study is testing whether a structured program with therapy dogs can help people with fibromyalgia. It aims to see if spending time with dogs in guided sessions reduces pain and anxiety, improves mood, and helps with daily activities. The researchers are following 60 patients to check if benefits last for up to a year after the therapy ends.
