Summary

This study looks at whether taking vitamin C or ibuprofen affects how muscles adapt after tough exercise. 52 healthy adults will do leg exercises and take either supplements or a placebo. The goal is to see if these common supplements reduce the natural protective effect that prevents soreness after repeated workouts.
