Summary

This study compares two types of exercise programs for people with sacroiliac joint dysfunction, a common cause of low back and buttock pain. Forty adults aged 30-45 with chronic pain will be randomly assigned to either dynamic neuromuscular stabilization or core stability exercises for four weeks. The goal is to see which approach better reduces pain and improves pelvic stability.
