First seen Jan 09, 2026 · Last updated May 09, 2026 · Updated 16 times

Summary

This study tests whether adding a special exercise method (dynamic neuromuscular stabilization) to standard pelvic floor muscle training can better improve bladder control in children aged 5-18 with voiding dysfunction. About 48 children will be randomly assigned to receive either standard training alone or standard training plus the extra exercises for 10 weeks. The goal is to reduce symptoms and improve quality of life.
