First seen Feb 10, 2026 · Last updated Jun 02, 2026 · Updated 13 times

Summary

This study compares three exercise approaches for people with long-lasting neck pain: whole-body posture exercises (DNS), targeted neck exercises, and standard physiotherapy. 45 adults aged 18–50 with at least 12 weeks of neck pain will be randomly assigned to one of the groups. Over 12 weeks, researchers will measure pain, neck movement, and daily function to see which approach works best.
