First seen Nov 01, 2025 · Last updated Apr 30, 2026 · Updated 21 times
Summary
This study looks at whether applying dimethyl sulfoxide (DMSO) to older, worn-down teeth before adding a filling helps the filling bond more strongly and prevents tiny leaks. Thirty adults aged 50 to 75 with non-cavity tooth lesions at the gum line will be treated and evaluated using standard dental criteria. The goal is to improve the durability of dental restorations in aging teeth.
