First seen Nov 01, 2025 · Last updated May 21, 2026 · Updated 25 times

Summary

This study looks at whether applying dimethyl sulfoxide (DMSO) to older, worn-down teeth before placing a filling improves how well the filling bonds and reduces tiny gaps. Thirty adults aged 50 to 75 with non-cavity neck lesions will be treated and evaluated using standard dental criteria. The goal is to gather data on a potential technique to enhance dental restoration durability.
