This small pilot study tested a virtual reality system called DizzyVR for rehabilitating people with dizziness from inner ear disorders. Ten adults used the system to see if it was safe, easy to use, and helpful. The study focused on feasibility and early signs of improvement in dizziness, balance, and walking.
