Heart surgery kidney boost: which drug works better?

Summary
This study compares two medications, aminophylline and furosemide, to see which one helps the kidneys produce more urine after heart surgery. About 106 adults having planned heart surgery with a heart-lung machine will take part. The main goal is to measure urine output two hours after the procedure.
