NCT ID NCT04008940

First seen Nov 01, 2025 · Last updated May 16, 2026 · Updated 24 times

Summary

This study looked back at X-rays from 100 adults who had a broken thigh bone near the knee and were treated with one of three types of metal plates. Experts reviewed the images to see how well the bone healed and if any problems happened with the plate. The goal was to learn which plate designs work best, not to test a new treatment.
