Summary
This study tests a new type of talk therapy called dissociation-focused cognitive behavioral therapy (DF-CBT) for people with dissociative disorders. Researchers want to see if it reduces symptoms like feeling detached from yourself or your surroundings. The study will involve 140 adults and compare DF-CBT to standard care over 3 months.
