Skipping bone realignment for wrist fractures in seniors: a game changer?

Summary
This study looks at whether older adults (65+) with a broken wrist can be treated with just a cast, without first manually realigning the bone. About 532 participants will be randomly assigned to either the standard method (realignment then cast) or just casting. The goal is to see if both approaches lead to similar wrist pain and function after one year.
