New 'Hernia Blocking' implant aims to stop back pain from coming back

Summary

This study is testing a new implant called DISC Care, which is placed during back surgery. The goal is to see if this device can prevent a painful disc herniation from happening again in the same spot. Researchers will follow 30 patients for two years to check if the implant is safe and effective at preventing recurrence.
