Summary
This study tested whether a special training course in disaster medicine helps medical students in Libya learn how to respond to emergencies like floods or conflicts. 166 pre-clinical students were randomly assigned to take the course or not. The course covered first aid, safety, and communication. Researchers measured their knowledge and practical skills with tests and exams.
