Summary

This study is testing whether a medication called dipyridamole can help treat restless legs syndrome in people with kidney failure who are on dialysis. About 80 participants will take the drug three times a day for six months. Researchers will check if it improves their leg symptoms, sleep, mood, and quality of life, while also watching for any side effects.
