Summary
This study tested an experimental treatment called Antineoplaston therapy for DIPG, a rare and aggressive brain cancer that's difficult to treat. The trial aimed to see if this treatment could shrink tumors and help patients live longer. It was designed for children and adults with DIPG who had either tried standard treatments or refused radiation therapy.
