First seen Dec 17, 2025 · Last updated May 15, 2026 · Updated 19 times

Summary

This study tests whether diosmin, a plant-based supplement, can safely help heal open sores on the fingers (digital ulcers) in people with scleroderma. About 45 participants will receive either diosmin or a placebo for 8 weeks, and doctors will track ulcer healing, pain, and side effects. The goal is to see if this simple treatment can improve quality of life for those with this chronic autoimmune condition.
