Summary

This study tests whether adding two immunotherapy drugs (dinutuximab and sargramostim) to standard chemotherapy is safe and effective for children with high-risk neuroblastoma. About 42 children with newly diagnosed disease will receive this combination during early treatment. The goal is to see if this approach can better control the cancer and improve outcomes.
