Summary
This study is looking at whether eating dinner early or late changes how people eat, sleep, move, and how their bodies process sugar. Healthy adults will try eating dinner at two different times for one week each while researchers track their food, activity, sleep, and blood sugar. The goal is to gather information about how meal timing might influence health.
