Summary

This study looks at 80 adults in the ICU after major abdominal surgery who need tube feeding. Half will get diluted formula (with extra fluids) and half undiluted. The goal is to see which approach causes fewer problems like vomiting, nausea, or diarrhea, helping doctors choose the best way to feed critically ill patients.
