NCT ID NCT07377890

First seen Feb 01, 2026 · Last updated May 16, 2026 · Updated 19 times

Summary

This study looks at whether a digital scanner can create denture impressions as accurately as the traditional method using custom trays and molding material. Ten adults who have lost all their teeth will have their mouths scanned three times with a digital scanner and also receive a conventional impression. The goal is to see if the digital approach is precise and reliable enough to replace the standard technique.
