Summary

This study aims to develop and test a new high-tech training tool for nursing students. It uses a 'digital twin' mixed-reality simulation where students can see and physically feel virtual wounds to learn how to prevent and treat pressure injuries (bedsores). Researchers will compare this new method to traditional high-fidelity simulation training to see which better improves students' knowledge, skills, and confidence.
