Summary
This study is testing two different digital health approaches to help adults with trichotillomania (hair pulling disorder). Participants will use either a motion-detecting wrist device with a behavior therapy app or a reminder bracelet with general wellness tips for 8 weeks. Researchers want to see which approach better reduces hair pulling symptoms and improves control over this challenging condition.
