First seen Mar 16, 2026 · Last updated Jun 09, 2026 · Updated 17 times

Summary

This study tests whether a virtual health coach can help family caregivers of older adults (65+) who are leaving the hospital. Caregivers will either get web-based health information alone or also have one-on-one video coaching sessions for six months. The goal is to see if coaching improves caregivers' self-care, confidence, and stress levels compared to information alone.
