Phones and smart rings could reveal hidden clues to mental health
NCT ID NCT05753605
Summary
This study aimed to better understand daily mental health symptoms by tracking people's experiences with digital tools. Over 300 adults experiencing symptoms like depression or anxiety used a smartphone app and a wearable ring to collect data on their mood and daily activities. The goal was to see if patterns in this data could help identify symptoms more objectively than relying on memory alone.
