Summary

This study is testing whether adding digital tools to regular allergy care helps people manage their symptoms better. About 240 adults with ongoing allergic rhinitis will use a digital platform that provides symptom tracking, medication reminders, and personalized feedback over 12 months. Researchers will compare this group to people receiving standard care alone to see if the digital tools improve symptom control, treatment adherence, and quality of life.
