Summary
This study is testing a digital platform designed to help train and support community health workers who provide counseling for anxiety and depression. Researchers want to see if the tool helps these workers feel more confident in their counseling skills and improves the quality of their sessions. The study involves 55 trained health workers who will use the digital platform and have their counseling sessions reviewed.
