Summary

This study is testing a digital tool called INCLUDE to help clinics in Nepal identify and reduce the stigma that keeps people with HIV from getting proper care. The tool collects information from patients about their experiences with stigma and suggests ways to address it. About 88 people with HIV and their healthcare workers will use the tool for a few months to see if it is helpful and easy to use. The goal is to improve HIV treatment and mental health support in clinics.
