Summary

This study tests a new digital tool called INCLUDE, designed to help clinics in Nepal identify and reduce stigma faced by people living with HIV. Researchers will check if the tool is acceptable and feasible for use in four ART centers, involving 88 participants.

What this could lead to

If successful, this tool could help clinics identify and address stigma, potentially improving HIV care and reducing loss to follow-up in Nepal and similar settings.

What could go wrong

This is a small pilot study with only 88 participants, testing feasibility and acceptability, not effectiveness. The tool may not work in other contexts or may not lead to better health outcomes.
