Summary
This study tested a digital program designed to prevent teens from starting to misuse opioids. It involved 533 high-risk adolescents who had not yet misused opioids. The program aimed to increase their awareness of the serious risks of prescription opioid and heroin misuse. The main goal was to see if more teens in the program would recognize the great risk of harm from these drugs after three months.
