Can a phone app stop childhood obesity before it starts?
NCT ID NCT06457750
Summary
This study is testing a mobile app designed to help parents establish healthy feeding and activity habits for their babies from birth. Researchers will enroll 440 infants and their mothers to see if using the app for advice and reminders leads to healthier growth and behaviors by age one, compared to standard care alone. The goal is to prevent childhood obesity by providing personalized, digital guidance to parents during their baby's first year.
