New app aims to lift depression in weeks

Summary
This study tests a digital medical device called Dalia to see if it helps people with depression feel better. About 644 adults with moderate to severe depression will use the device alongside their usual care. The main goal is to check if more people show meaningful improvement in their mood after 3 months.
