Summary
This study is testing a digital support program for family members who care for adults after they are sent home from the emergency room. It aims to see if using a special app for 3 months can reduce the stress and burden felt by caregivers and improve their quality of life. Researchers will also track health events for the patients, like return hospital visits or falls.
