Summary
This study tested a 'Digital Strolling' program for people with severe mobility impairment, such as from spinal cord injury or polio. Participants watched virtual walking videos for 20 minutes daily over 10 days to see if it could reduce depression and improve quality of life. The study involved 24 adults and compared the digital strolls to simply watching walking videos passively.
