Summary
This study is testing a digital version of a World Health Organization stress management program to see if it helps international students at a U.S. university. About 50 students experiencing mild-to-moderate stress will attend a two-day workshop with videos and group activities. Researchers will measure changes in stress, anxiety, depression, and loneliness through surveys before, after, and six weeks following the program.
