NCT ID NCT06582082

First seen Mar 28, 2026 · Last updated May 01, 2026 · Updated 4 times

Summary

This study tested whether a digital pulmonary rehabilitation program (telepulmonary rehab) could improve lung function, thinking, physical ability, and sleep in people with chronic obstructive lung disease (COPD). Sixty patients aged 55-65 took part; half received the digital rehab plus usual care, while the other half had usual care alone. The program used a smartphone-linked spirometer and video sessions to guide breathing exercises and track progress over 10 weeks.
