Can a photo replace a Doctor's visit for psoriasis?
NCT ID NCT05835843
Summary
This study tested whether digital photographs could be used to reliably measure the severity of plaque psoriasis from a distance, compared to traditional in-person doctor evaluations. About 30 adults with plaque psoriasis had their skin assessed in person and photographed. Researchers then compared the severity scores from the photos to the scores from the in-person visits to see how well they matched.
