Can an app and online coaching help you dodge toxic chemicals?

This study is testing a personalized digital program to see if it can help people of child-bearing age reduce their exposure to endocrine-disrupting chemicals (EDCs) found in many everyday products. The program includes urine testing to measure chemical levels, an online educational course, and access to live coaches. Researchers want to see if this full program is more effective than just getting test results at helping people understand the risks and change their habits to lower their chemical exposure.
