Summary
This study tests whether a personalized digital program can help people of childbearing age reduce their exposure to endocrine-disrupting chemicals (EDCs) found in everyday products. Six hundred participants receive either chemical testing and a report alone or the same plus an online curriculum, coaching, and forum. The goal is to see if the extra support leads to lower chemical levels in urine and better understanding of environmental health.
