Summary

This study tested a digital support program designed to help new mothers. The program used a phone app with mindfulness exercises, music, and video counseling to try to prevent and manage depression and ongoing pain after giving birth. It involved 1,720 women to see if this accessible approach could improve their recovery and well-being.
