NCT ID NCT06905119
First seen Nov 01, 2025 · Last updated Jun 17, 2026 · Updated 29 times
Summary
This study tests whether a smartphone app can help patients with a PICC line (a thin tube used for long-term IV treatments at home) manage their care better and have fewer problems like infections or blockages. About 200 adults who already have a PICC line will use the app to track their care. The goal is to see if using the app leads to fewer complications and higher satisfaction compared to standard care.
