New study tests gentler cavity treatment for kids' molars
NCT ID NCT07295574
First seen Jan 05, 2026 · Last updated May 23, 2026 · Updated 22 times
Summary
This study looks at two methods for fixing cavities in children's back baby teeth: the Hall Technique (a less invasive method) and traditional stainless-steel crowns. Researchers will measure how each method affects bite force and jaw comfort using a digital tool. The goal is to see if the gentler approach works just as well for everyday function and parent satisfaction.
