Summary
This study is testing a new digital platform designed to help doctors and patients track multiple sclerosis (MS) over time. About 500 people with relapsing-remitting MS and their healthcare providers will use the platform for two years. The goal is to see if the tool is easy to use and if it improves how MS is monitored in everyday medical practice.
