Can daily movement nudges on your phone beat student stress?
NCT ID NCT07452107
Summary
This study is testing whether a simple, 21-day digital program can help university students feel better and perform better in school. Researchers will enroll 200 students and randomly assign them to either try the program right away or wait. The program sends daily reminders for small movement activities via a messaging app to see if it reduces anxiety, stress, and procrastination while improving focus and productivity.
