First seen Mar 12, 2026 · Last updated May 13, 2026 · Updated 7 times
Summary
This study tests whether a 21-day program of small, daily physical movements (sent as reminders via Telegram) can improve mental well-being and academic performance in college students. Researchers will compare students who do the program right away with those on a waitlist. The goal is to see if these simple 'micro-movements' help reduce anxiety, procrastination, and boost productivity.
