Digital lessons boost older women's app skills, study finds

Summary
This study looked at whether a 9-week digital literacy class could help women aged 55 and older feel more confident using physical activity apps. 63 women who already used such apps took part. The training aimed to improve their eHealth literacy and willingness to stay active. The results help us understand how to support older adults in using health technology.
