AI and sensors tested to fix wobbly knees

NCT ID NCT07423819

Summary

This study aims to see if a new digital rehab system is better than standard home exercises for helping people recover from knee ligament and cartilage injuries. The system uses wearable sensors and AI to guide personalized exercises. About 160 adults with specific knee injuries will use the system for six months to improve knee function, strength, and reduce pain.
