Summary
This study tests two digital health programs designed to help adults with trichotillomania (compulsive hair pulling) reduce their symptoms. About 90 people will use one of the two tools for 8 weeks, and researchers will measure changes in hair-pulling severity. The goal is to find out if these technology-based approaches can make a real difference in managing the condition.
