Can an app teach parents to raise healthier kids?
NCT ID NCT07224412
Summary
This pilot study is testing a 10-week digital program called 'Know-How' to see if it's practical and helpful for families. The program uses a mobile app, virtual group discussions, and mailed materials to teach parents about mindful parenting, healthy eating, and physical activity for their 3-5 year old children. Researchers will enroll 60 families to see how well the program works and if parents find it useful.
